IP vs WiFi vs 2-Wire — which is right for me?
IP intercoms use Cat6 ethernet (best quality, most reliable). WiFi intercoms connect wirelessly (easy install, no cable). 2-Wire uses existing 2-core wire — ideal for apartments and properties with old intercom wiring.
Can I answer my door from my phone?
Yes — all HiLook intercoms connect to the Hik-Connect app so you can see, speak and unlock your door from anywhere in the world.
Can I add more indoor monitors?
Yes — most kits support additional indoor monitors. Buy the monitor separately and connect it to the same system.
