By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Oz Installers.

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the job scope differs once our technician inspects the site — we'll always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us as early as possible. Late cancellations or failure to provide site access at the agreed time may incur a call-out fee.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property and work area, and for accurately describing the job when booking.

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right after a job, contact us and we'll make it right.

Oz Installers holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to what is required under Australian Consumer Law.
